Mechanics course/Connowning your bike is better
It's always once something breaks down in the middle of nowhere that we say to ourselves that we should know a little about mechanics.
In this course, you will be able to discover all the tips to get out of bad situations and take care of your bike.

Departing from Saint George, we will travel along the old Marchairuz road to discover the most famous curiosity of Saint-Georges, the ice house, since it is one of the most famous in the Jura Vaudois.
Part of this cave, 22 meters deep, is accessible, with great caution, by two ladders and landing bridges, from where you can admire a magnificent limestone vault over a length of more than 20 meters and a width of approximately 12 meters. and its ice walls, especially in spring.

Option 1: Let's go down towards the coasts of Lake Geneva along paths full of surprises with breathtaking views
on the Alps and the areaswineries where we will drop off our bikes to sit comfortably and enjoy one of our delicious brunches offered by our certified partners who will be happy to introduce you to their own products.
Between local wines, fondue and cured meats, our selection of authentic producers will seduce you with their sympathies and their know-how.
Options 2: We will continue towards Marchairuz, winding through its typical paths of the crests of the Jura Vaudois and through forests and pastures to reach the magnificent Alpage du "pré de Bière" where you will discover how "AOP" cheese is made. by the Germain family who will prepare local meals worthy of the best producers in the region.
